• Provide and maintain the Site and game server
• Manage your account and community membership
• Display your profile, stats, and activity to other members
• Send important account notifications (e.g. password reset, email verification)

• Improve the site and gameplay experience over time

We use session cookies solely to keep you logged in across page visits. These are essential for the site to function and expire when you close your browser or log out.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from staying logged in.

The only exception is if you voluntarily link your Discord account — in that case, limited data is exchanged with Discord and governed by Discord's Privacy Policy.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. We do not keep data longer than necessary.

• Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (12 salt rounds) — never stored in plain text
• HTTPS is enforced for all connections
• Session tokens are short-lived and invalidated on logout
• Admin routes are protected by role-based access control

No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute protection but will notify you of any significant breach that affects your data.
