By accessing or using the #MvP! Clan website ("the Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for or use the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.

2. User Accounts

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. By registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
  • Keep your password confidential and not share it with others
  • Not use or attempt to use another member's account
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
  • Maintain only one registered account per person

3. Community Conduct

We expect all members to treat each other with respect. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the Site, forum, in-game server, and any associated channels:

Harassment & Hate Speech

Posting offensive, harassing, discriminatory, or hateful content targeting individuals or groups

Spam & Unauthorized Advertising

Sending unsolicited messages, spamming threads, or advertising without staff permission

Cheating & Exploitation

Using cheats, hacks, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized third-party software on our game server

Impersonation

Pretending to be another member, staff, or any public figure

Privacy Violations

Sharing personal information of others without their explicit consent

Disruptive Behavior

Deliberately disrupting gameplay, forum discussions, or community events

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent ban depending on severity.

4. Content

By posting content on the Site (forum posts, comments, images, etc.), you:

  • Retain full ownership and copyright of your original content
  • Grant #MvP! Clan a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the platform
  • Confirm the content does not infringe on any third-party rights
  • Understand we may remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice

We do not claim ownership of your content. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

5. Donations

Donations made through the Site help us keep the server running and are entirely voluntary.

Non-refundable

All donations are final. We do not offer refunds unless required by applicable law.

No guarantees

Donating does not guarantee any specific in-game benefits beyond what is publicly advertised.

Voluntary

You are never required to donate. The game server is free to play.

No pay-to-win

Donations do not provide unfair competitive advantages in gameplay.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our discretion for:

  • Violations of these Terms of Service or community rules
  • Conduct deemed harmful, abusive, or toxic to the community
  • Providing false information during registration
  • Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the platform

In most cases we will issue a warning first, but we reserve the right to act immediately for severe violations. You may appeal bans via our Discord server.

7. Disclaimer

The Site and game server are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site
  • We are not liable for any data loss resulting from technical issues
  • We are not responsible for third-party content linked from the Site
  • In-game data (stats, rankings) may be reset or modified at any time

    We may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or community policies. When we make significant changes, we will notify users through the Site or our Discord server. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always show the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
